• Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas is currently accepting applications to fill a full-time Concierge supervisor position.

Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas is a luxury pet hotel conveniently located near the airport. We specialize in dog and cat boarding, daycare, and grooming services. We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated, high energy individual to join our team of pet passionate employees.

Compensation & Growth:

• Once confident in the Concierge Team member responsibilities (check-in's, check-out's, emails, phone calls, tours, and opening/closing procedure) the candidate will transition into a concierge supervisor.

The concierge supervisor will lead the day by actively managing the workflow of the team, handling client concerns, completing the concierge daily building audit, and other leadership responsibilities. Once able to complete supervisor activities the candidate will receive an increase in compensation between 5-10K annually.

Annual Salary:

$45,760, with increases in compensation as responsibilities progress Please apply if you possess the following skills:

• Prior shelter, kennel, or hospital experience strongly preferred, or equivalent education i.e. vet tech or veterinary sciences program
• Prior customer service experience required for all concierge positions; exceptional communication skills are a must. Please complete the written screening questions portion of the Indeed application process to be considered for the role.
• Pet passionate and above all, always looks out for the health, safety, and welfare of all animals
• Can handle dogs/cats of all sizes, not easily intimidated
• Able to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
• Detail oriented and driven to maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment
• Multi-tasker, motivated self-starter, and can work in a fast-paced environment
• Trustworthy, upholds the highest level of integrity
• Punctual and willing to stay late if needed
