Responsibilities Assist the Hotel General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction. Supervise front desk activities, including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest check-in/check-out procedures. Lead and motivate staff across departments such as guest services, human resources, and housekeeping to deliver outstanding service. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Support revenue management strategies by monitoring occupancy rates, room rates, and budgeting efforts to maximize profitability. Oversee night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies. Implement and uphold standards for hospitality excellence, safety protocols, and hotel policies across all departments. Experience Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management environment. Strong background in hospitality management with hands-on experience in hotel operations, guest services, and revenue management. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and human resources management. Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is essential. Experience in budgeting, night audit procedures, and resort or hotel environments will be advantageous. Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to guest relations and problem-solving.
