Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated General Manager to lead our Hampton Inn property. This dynamic role requires a passionate leader who excels in hospitality management, guest relations, and team supervision. As the face of the hotel, you will drive operational excellence, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and foster a positive work environment that promotes growth and success. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Lead and supervise hotel staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve high performance standards. Manage hotel revenue through strategic pricing, forecasting, and budgeting to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Ensure outstanding guest services by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Implement and monitor hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations. Coordinate with human resources for staffing needs, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. Oversee administrative functions such as night audits, multi-line phone systems management, and front desk operations including phone etiquette. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in hospitality or hotel management roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong background in hospitality management, including hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Knowledge of hotel management systems, human resources practices, budgeting processes, and night audit procedures. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guest populations effectively. Experience working in resort or full-service hotels is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead teams confidently and foster positive guest relations. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
