Seasonal Guest Services Supervisor Department:
Guest Services Reports to: Guest Services Manager The Seasonal Guest Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Guest Services team, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and assistance with inquiries, concerns, and requests while maintaining operational efficiency and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support Guest Services team members to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Greet and welcome guests in accordance with Camelback Resort service standards. Assist guests with service issues, questions, complaints, and special requests. Answer guest inquiries regarding all aspects of Camelback Resort operations, attractions, and services. Ensure Guest Services policies and procedures are current and communicated effectively to team members. Train, coach, and support Guest Services Agents with daily tasks, questions, and problem resolution. Operate and assist others with Guest Services computer systems and software. Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information to guests. Follow all cash handling and credit card processing policies and procedures. Complete assigned duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner. Promote a positive, professional, and guest-focused environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. Hospitality experience preferred. Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written). Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods of time (typically 8-hour shift). Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light objects up to 20 pounds occasionally. Ability to tolerate exposure to busy or noisy work areas. Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. Commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.
