POSITION SUMMARY

The Noni's Table manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient workflow, and a positive team environment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures Lead, coach, and develop team members to provide attentive, welcoming, and efficient service Set the tone for guest experience by modeling hospitality, professionalism, and Engagement Ensure presentation, cleanliness, and organization always meet resort standards Manage guest reservations and coordinate events held in the restaurant space Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and control costs to meet financial goals Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Partner with other departments to support overall resort operations and guest satisfaction Create and manage staff schedules based on business levels and seasonal demand Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies Bartending experience is valued with the creativity to contribute to curation of specialty drink offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of café, restaurant, or hospitality management experience preferred Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards RAMP and ServSafe Certified

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

Early morning availability is required (including opening shifts) Weekend availability is required Holiday availability is strongly preferred due to peak resort demand Flexibility to work evenings as business needs evolve

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment as well keeps oneself busy during slow moments.
