Job Description

About Us:
We are a premier beach service vendor and surf school located right at the historic Oceanside Pier. We focus on technical safety, high-level surf coaching, and building an incredible local community.
The Role:
We are looking for a magnetic, energetic, and professional face for our beach kiosk booth. This is not a passive job where you sit behind a phone—you are the primary closing engine for our walk-up lessons and rentals.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a high-energy, welcoming, and pristine presence at the pier kiosk. Engage warmly with tourists and foot traffic to hit a baseline goal of 1 walk-up lesson booking per day . Manage daily scheduling check-ins, client check-ins, and basic digital booking logs. Protect our team culture by keeping instructors focused on coaching, while you handle the frontline sales.
Requirements:
Outgoing personality, reliable, comfortable with basic iPad/booking software, and absolute love for beach/surf culture. Previous retail, hospitality, or promotional sales experience is a huge plus.
Compensation:
$16.90 + sales commission/bonus milestones for hitting walk-up targets.

From $16.90 per hour
