The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Front Desk Supervisor to join our fast-paced hotel team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy hospitality environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities Supervise daily front desk operations in a busy hotel environment Create and manage team schedules to ensure proper coverage Train, coach, and develop front desk team members Maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism Step in to assist with emergency shift coverage when needed Support team performance and foster a positive work environment Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures Serve as an exemplary leader and role model for the front desk team Requirements Previous hotel front desk experience required Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Experience with scheduling and staff development Willingness to assist the team whenever operational needs arise What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, maintain a positive guest experience, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
