Job Summary As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the welcoming face and operational leader of our hospitality team, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your energetic leadership will drive guest satisfaction, streamline front desk operations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily guest interactions, manage front desk staff, and contribute to creating memorable experiences in a dynamic resort or hotel environment. Your passion for hospitality management and guest relations will be key to fostering a warm, efficient, and professional atmosphere. Duties Supervise and coordinate front desk activities to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing training and support to enhance guest service skills Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with enthusiasm and professionalism Oversee reservation management, room assignments, and billing procedures accurately Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies exceptional customer service, monitors guest satisfaction to identify areas of improvement. Conduct night audits to verify daily financial transactions and ensure data integrity Maintain effective phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems for seamless communication Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable stays Ensure proactive, professional sales effort is consistently undertaken to maximize revenues. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on front desk functions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and resolve issues efficiently Familiarity with night audit procedures, guest services standards, and resort operations Join us as a Front Desk Supervisor to lead with energy, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and be an integral part of our vibrant hospitality team!
