11pm-7am Spark by Hilton - Downtown Chattanooga, TN Spark by Hilton Downtown Chattanooga is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our experienced front desk team and be the first point of contact for our guests. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing Answer phones and respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Communicate with housekeeping and management to ensure guest satisfaction Follow Hilton brand standards and hotel policies at all times Cash handling and management Reviewing front desk reports and taking action to resolve any discrepancies What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Basic computer skills; hotel PMS experience is a plus Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Why Join Spark by Hilton?
