Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager to join our team at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Northwest. In this pivotal role, you will support the overall management of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest services, efficient operations, and team leadership. Your passion for hospitality and strong organizational skills will drive the success of our property and enhance guest satisfaction. Duties Overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping and engineering Lead and supervise staff to deliver outstanding guest experience working along side front line team Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring positive feedback developing team to execute as well Support revenue management strategies by monitoring occupancy rates, pricing, and promotional activities and guest flow Recruit, train, and develop team members for optimal performance Participate in budgeting processes, expense control, and financial reporting to meet operational goals Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand standards at all times Skills Proven track record in supervising and developing team members Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Experience in revenue management, budgeting, and human resources practices Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in guest services and operations Ability to handle night audit procedures and manage front desk operations during late hours Join us as an Assistant General Manager and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-tier hospitality experiences.
