Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our property to new heights of guest satisfaction and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel management, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and profitable performance. Your leadership will inspire teams, optimize revenue, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Direct and coordinate daily hotel operations and oversight of breakfast operation Lead and motivate staff through effective supervision, training, and development to deliver outstanding guest services Manage hotel budgets, control costs, and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability Oversee guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring an exceptional stay for every visitor Supervise human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling Maintain compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the property and increase occupancy rates Skills Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles within Marriott brand hotels Strong knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis within a resort or hotel Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Leadership qualities that inspire teams and foster a positive work environment Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, night audit procedures, and guest services management Experience in human resources functions including staffing, training, and employee relations Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences while driving operational success.
