This leader will oversee all departments while fostering strong communication between property teams and the corporate office. The ideal candidate is an energetic hospitality professional who can balance strategic leadership with day-to-day operational involvement. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Culture Lead, mentor, and develop hotel team members and department leaders Foster a positive, service-driven culture that reflects company values Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions Drive employee engagement, retention, and accountability Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed Guest Experience Ensure exceptional guest service throughout all areas of the hotel Maintain a visible presence during peak business periods Quickly resolve guest concerns and operational challenges Ensure the property is consistently clean, safe, and "guest ready" Financial & Operational Performance Drive hotel profitability through revenue growth and expense control Oversee all revenue streams including rooms, food & beverage, internet, and ancillary services Monitor financial performance and manage hotel operations against budget goals Review monthly financial reports and implement strategies to improve results Participate actively in sales planning, forecasting, and business development efforts Sales & Revenue Strategy Develop local marketing initiatives and pricing strategies Analyze market trends and adjust strategies based on changing conditions Build strong relationships with key accounts and local business partners Collaborate with sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities Property & Compliance Management Maintain high property standards through daily and weekly hotel walkthroughs Ensure preventative maintenance programs are effectively executed Oversee compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, EEOC, Wage & Hour, and Health standards Ensure successful quality assurance inspections and brand compliance Qualifications Previous Hotel General Manager for 1 year or more Preferred - Knowledge on how to use Choice Advantage and M3 Strong financial and operational management skills Proven ability to lead teams and drive hotel performance Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities What Success Looks Like High guest satisfaction scores Strong employee retention and engagement Achievement of revenue and profitability goals Consistent operational excellence and brand compliance A hotel culture where both guests and team members feel valued Join a company that values leadership, hospitality excellence, and team success.
