This pivotal role involves overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining smooth communication between guests and staff. As the face of our hotel, you will foster a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction, streamline check-in and check-out processes, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities Manage all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Oversee multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear communication and proper phone etiquette at all times Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy Maintain a welcoming environment by managing guest relations and fostering positive interactions with visitors from diverse backgrounds Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in customer service Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Previous experience in night audit procedures or resort environments is advantageous Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, guest relations, and phone etiquette is required Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in hospitality!
