As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will drive revenue growth, optimize hotel performance, and foster a welcoming environment for guests from diverse backgrounds. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our hospitality services while maintaining a vibrant and guest-focused atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service delivery Oversee daily hotel operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest relations to guarantee a positive experience for all visitors Manage revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and revenue management techniques to maximize profitability Recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a motivated team committed to excellence in hospitality standards Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy to maintain high satisfaction levels Maintain compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards while overseeing human resources functions such as scheduling and performance evaluations Utilize multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and team members Conduct night audits and oversee operational procedures during overnight shifts to ensure smooth transitions between days Qualifications Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles Strong background in hospitality management, including hotel operations, guest services, and resort environments Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of revenue management strategies, budgeting processes, and human resources practices in a hotel setting Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is preferred Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a On-Site Hotel Manager where your leadership will inspire excellence!
