Guest Services Supervisor:
Let's Elevate the Experience We're looking for a high-energy, "roll-up-your-sleeves" leader who knows how to keep things moving. We aren't looking for someone who just avoids mistakes; we want a pro who can "fall forward"—taking challenges in stride, learning on the fly, and making the hotel better every single day. The Hotel General Manager is fully committed to mentoring you, providing the support you need, and working side-by-side with you to ensure your success in this role. Guest Service & Recovery You're the face of the hotel. Your job is to go above and beyond to make every guest a fan for life. We need you to be proactive—spotting issues before they turn into complaints and handling tricky situations with confidence and a friendly touch. You'll be the go-to person for our guests, making sure every interaction is fast, professional, and leaves a great impression. You will be fully supported by the Hotel General Manager, who will back you up on complex escalations and help you master the art of turning every challenge into a win. Positivity & Leadership When things get hectic, you're the one who keeps the energy up. We need a leader who can stay upbeat and help the team do the same, turning every "oops" moment into a lesson that helps us perform better tomorrow. You'll be coaching the team, keeping spirits high, and showing them how to stay focused on solutions. You won't be doing this alone; the Hotel General Manager will support your leadership growth every step of the way, helping you navigate the tough moments so you can thrive and build the high-performing team we're aiming for. Profit & Performance You'll work right alongside the Hotel General Manager to help run a tight ship. This means taking full ownership of our numbers—making sure our night audits are perfect and finding smart, creative ways to keep costs down without ever cutting corners on service. You'll manage our inventory with a sharp eye and make sure every process we have in place is actually helping us hit our profit goals. The Reality This is a hands-on, fast-paced role. You need to be ready to jump into any shift at a moment's notice to keep us running 24/7. You'll be the bridge between departments, making sure Housekeeping and Maintenance are locked in so we can deliver a seamless experience for every guest.
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
