This year, we continue to expand our influence in hospitality with New Openings to Announce. Position Overview We are looking for a Beverage Manager that is laser focused and highly passionate about building a bar team and upholding the beverage program to the highest brand standards. In addition to the beverage program, this person must be equally as committed to supporting the core restaurant operations, scheduling, floor plans, hiring/coaching staff, inventory control, health & safety standards, etc. The Beverage Manager effortlessly leads with extreme hospitality. They inspire the team through constant real time coaching on the floor, active feedback, and mentorship to achieve and maintain high standards. They must be endlessly motivated and inspired to impact the employee experience and demonstrate a high level of professional communication. The Beverage Manager is a proactive, people-focused leader who can perform under pressure in a fast paced environment and is available to work varied shifts at night, including weekends and holidays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Uphold brand standards and service levels to protect the guest experience while positively impacting sales and minimizing costs (ownership of liquor, beer, wine, bar consumable cost in relation to budget) Ensure positive guest service in all areas, with a focus on the bar. Investigate and respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests. Provide direction to employees regarding operations and procedural issues while developing employees by providing ongoing feedback, establish performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews. Oversee FOH staff Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service. Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards. Assist the General Manager in ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. At least 2+ years of management experience in an upscale/fine dining establishment At least 3+ years of bartending experience in an upscale/fine dining establishment Extensive beverage knowledge Strong knowledge of ordering, inventory, cost controls Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic. Effective written and verbal communication skills Graduate of an accredited hospitality or culinary program is a plus.

Salary Range:
$75,000 - $95,000 EOE
