This energetic professional will coordinate daily household activities, manage staff, and ensure a warm, welcoming environment for family members and guests. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating an efficient, comfortable home. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead household operations while delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Duties Oversee all aspects of household management, including scheduling and supervising housekeeping, childcare, laundry, cooking, and maintenance staff Plan and coordinate events, family activities, and special occasions to ensure seamless execution Manage household supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal operations Supervise cleaning routines, property upkeep, and laundry services to uphold cleanliness standards Act as a personal assistant to family members by managing appointments, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks Coordinate childcare responsibilities ensuring safety, engagement, and developmental activities for children Oversee household safety protocols, including security systems and emergency procedures Maintain detailed organizational records related to household operations and staff schedules Qualifications Proven experience in residential or hotel management, property management or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in event planning, housekeeping management, and administrative support Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in childcare, personal assistance, or related roles with a focus on child safety and engagement Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, cooking skills, and general household maintenance Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing household needs and staff coordination Previous supervising experience with a focus on team leadership and staff development Join us as we create an exceptional living environment where organization meets hospitality!
