• Full-time As the Guest Service Manager, you will lead all front desk and select guest-facing operations to ensure exceptional, responsive, and comfortable guest experiences.

This role supports the General Manager while overseeing front desk staff, guest services, reservations, and bar-related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front desk team members. Maintain high guest service standards; respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns. Oversee bar operations as needed, including supervising bar staff and monitoring bar inventory and ordering. Ensure compliance with company and franchise policies, safety procedures, and service expectations. Oversee daily front desk operations including cash handling, room key security, incident reporting, and communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments. Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvements. Support revenue growth through effective room management, upselling, bar sales oversight, and overall service quality. Manage meeting room bookings, event coordination, and sundries shop operations. Handle billing, account management, and collection of overdue accounts. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license required. Prior front desk experience; supervisory experience in front desk or bar operations preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computers, PMS systems, phone etiquette, bar inventory management, and basic accounting/cash handling. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and interact professionally with guests and staff. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere across both front desk and bar operations.
