Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary Hotel General Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving the overall success of the property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to excellence. As the face of the hotel, you will foster a welcoming environment, motivate staff, and implement strategies that enhance revenue and guest satisfaction. Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability through effective revenue management techniques Oversee guest services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, control expenses, and optimize operational efficiency Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day Cultivate positive guest relations by ensuring personalized service and addressing guest feedback with enthusiasm Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally Implement policies for safety, security, and compliance in accordance with hospitality standards Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable Deep understanding of revenue management strategies to optimize hotel profitability Extensive knowledge of guest services, front desk operations, human resources practices, and hotel experience best practices Skilled in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures within a hospitality setting Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Familiarity with resort operations is a plus; experience managing multi-department teams is preferred Ability to handle complex situations using effective problem-solving skills while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Join us as our Hotel General Manager to lead with passion, inspire your team, elevate guest experiences, and drive our property toward new heights of success.
