Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals. You'll foster a "Heart of House" culture where every team member feels valued.

Operational Excellence:

Manage daily operations, ensuring strict compliance with IHG Brand Standards and local safety regulations.

Financial Stewardship:

Take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and labor control to maximize profitability.

Guest Satisfaction:

Monitor guest feedback and implement creative solutions to ensure we are the top choice in Odessa.

Community Engagement:

Act as the face of the hotel in the Odessa community to drive local sales and partnerships.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of hotel management experience (General Manager or Assistant General Manager). IHG, Hilton, or Marriott experience is strongly preferred.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency with Opera is a major plus.

Leadership Style:

A "lead from the front" mentality. You aren't afraid to jump into the laundry room or help at the front desk during a rush.

Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, select-service environment in a busy coastal destination.

$60,000 - $65,000 (based on experience).
