Hotel Manager

Job Description We are looking for an experienced and professional Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The candidate will be responsible for managing hotel staff, maintaining service quality, handling customer concerns, and ensuring smooth coordination between all hotel departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to manage hotel performance effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage overall hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services Supervise and motivate hotel staff to maintain high service standards Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally Monitor hotel budgets, occupancy, and operational performance Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and department teams Ensure compliance with hospitality and safety standards Prepare operational reports and maintain hotel efficiency Requirements 3+ years of experience in hotel management or hospitality operations Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently Knowledge of hotel management systems and operations Excellent problem-solving and team management abilities
