  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Hotel Front Desk Manager to lead our front office operations with enthusiasm and professionalism.
In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, streamline guest services, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape memorable guest experiences while managing a dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes for all guests Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding expectations Manage guest relations to foster loyalty and positive reviews, including handling special requests and complaints with professionalism Supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain high service standards Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies Maintain multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and internal communication effectively Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a strong background in guest services Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced resort or hotel environment while maintaining attention to detail Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and uphold hospitality standards Join us as a Hotel Front Desk Manager where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
