Duties Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments Lead and supervise staff to deliver outstanding guest services while maintaining high morale and teamwork Manage revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, upselling, and maximizing occupancy rates Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards to guarantee a secure environment for guests and staff Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm to promote guest satisfaction Coordinate with human resources for hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives Oversee budgeting processes, expense control, and financial reporting to meet profitability targets Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and local community stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation Implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and attract new clientele in a competitive market Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency

SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE HOTEL KEY
