Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality. Your leadership will drive revenue growth, optimize hotel performance, and foster a welcoming environment for guests from diverse backgrounds. Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service delivery. Oversee guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied. Manage hotel revenue through strategic pricing, occupancy optimization, and effective revenue management practices. Supervise human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling to maintain a motivated team. Oversee budgeting processes, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded while maintaining quality standards. Implement and monitor hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently. Support night audit operations to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in hospitality management principles including guest services, revenue management, budgeting, and human resources. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple departments simultaneously. Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, night audit procedures, resort services, and multi-line phone systems. Experience in handling guest complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards. Familiarity with hospitality software systems and basic proficiency in office tools is preferred.
