Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, overseeing daily operations, and supporting the hotel management team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in hospitality management and leadership to contribute to a prestigious resort environment. Multilingual and bilingual skills are highly valued to enhance guest relations and communication across diverse clientele. Duties Assist in supervising daily hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, and housekeeping departments Manage guest relations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly Support revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and profitability Oversee human resources functions such as staffing, training, and performance evaluations Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations during night audits and peak periods Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and implementing cost-control measures Contribute to maintaining high standards of hospitality, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures Support guest services initiatives to enhance overall guest experience at the resort Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment Requirements Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry Strong background in hotel operations, including front desk management, guest relations, and night audit procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Proficiency in hospitality management software and multi-line phone systems Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and human resources practices in a hotel setting Hospitality or hotel management certification is preferred; relevant experience is essential Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills and proper phone etiquette Join our team as an Assistant Hotel Manager and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in the hospitality industry.
