Hotel General Manager - Live-In PositionSuper 8 by Wyndham | MSC Companies MSC Companies is seeking a motivated and hands-on Hotel General Manager to oversee daily operations at our Super 8 by Wyndham property. This is a live-in position ideal for an individual or couple looking to grow within the hospitality industry while living on-site. We are looking for a leader who is dependable, guest-focused, organized, and willing to work alongside the team to ensure smooth hotel operations and excellent guest service. Position Responsibilities Manage daily hotel operations and ensure brand standards are maintained Oversee and assist with front desk operations including guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and customer service Supervise housekeeping and property cleanliness Assist with breakfast setup, monitoring, and guest area cleanliness Help with laundry operations as needed Train, schedule, and support hotel staff Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Monitor hotel performance, inventory, and operational supplies Ensure compliance with company policies and Wyndham brand expectations Maintain a positive and professional environment for guests and employees Qualifications Previous hotel or hospitality management experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Leadership and team management experience Basic computer and reservation system knowledge preferred Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays if needed Must be reliable, organized, and hands-on Compensation & Benefits Live-in accommodations provided on property Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for growth within MSC Companies Supportive ownership and team environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your hospitality experience.
