Night Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Night Manager to lead our overnight operations and ensure a seamless customer experience during the evening hours. As a Night Manager, you will oversee the front of the restaurant, manage customer relations, supervise staff, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining safety, efficiency, and exceptional service throughout the night shift. Duties Supervise night operations, including greeting/ checking out customers Oversee night processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping Manage customer relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience Lead and supervise night staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high service standards Coordinate security protocols and ensure safety procedures are followed Maintain compliance with restaurant policies, health & safety regulations, and hospitality standards Skills Proven supervising experience within hospitality or management settings Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team during night shifts Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including front of the house functions, customer services, and night procedures Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer relations and conflict resolution Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and staff Join us as a Night Manager to lead our night team in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences while ensuring safety and operational excellence.
