In this vital role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various hotel departments to deliver seamless service. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere, uphold hotel standards, and drive guest satisfaction. Duties Supervise and train front desk staff, including receptionists and night audit personnel, to ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes Ability to work evenings and weekends Oversee guest services, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing procedures with accuracy and attention to detail Implement hotel policies and procedures related to guest services, safety, and security Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism using proper phone etiquette Assist on audits to reconcile accounts, commissions, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy Skills Experience in hospitality management with a background in hotel operations and guest services - Previous Hotel Experience Required. Proven leadership skills in supervising teams and coordinating hotel functions Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems Strong understanding of guest relations and hospitality standards. Pay:
