Mango Salon is growing, and we're looking for motivated, peoplefocused individuals to join our team as a Salon Guest Services Supervisor (Trainee) . This leadership development role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who is excited to grow into a longterm leadership or management position. About the Role The Salon Guest Services Supervisor (Trainee) supports daily salon operations while learning to lead teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll receive handson training, mentorship from salon leaders, and realworld experience that prepares you for future leadership opportunities within Mango Salon.

Key Responsibilities Guest ExperienceCustomer Service Greet and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Confirm salon services and rebook followup appointments Process credit card transactions accurately Learn and use salon management software Maintain product, service, and promotion knowledge to support guests Salon OperationsFloor Support Help coordinate the service floor to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with staff coverage and designer schedules Support salon leadership with communication and implementation of Mango initiatives Collaborate with team members across departments to meet guest needs Leadership DevelopmentTeam Support Learn to lead by example and support team success Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members Anticipate team needs in a fastpaced environment Learn and follow Mango systems, processes, and standards
