Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys coaching others, and leads by example. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will support daily operations, assist with training and development of team members, and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors during shifts Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service and resolving guest concerns Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of front office staff Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures (IHG experience preferred) Monitor daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests Handle escalated guest issues professionally and in a timely manner Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily reporting Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment Communicate effectively with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, etc.) Qualifications Previous hotel front desk experience required (1-2+ years preferred) Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Experience with hotel systems (Opera, IHG systems, or similar) is a plus Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

From $19.00 per hour
