Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel General Manager to lead our property with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving business success. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of hotel management. Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and high standards of service. Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue, optimize guest experiences, and improve overall hotel performance. Manage budgeting processes, control costs, and oversee financial reporting to meet profitability goals. Foster a positive work environment by supervising staff, providing training opportunities, and promoting team development. Oversee guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring exceptional customer service at all touchpoints. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across the property. Utilize hospitality management systems for reservations, night audits, and multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience. Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, guest services, revenue management, and human resources. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a guest-centric culture. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest relations in diverse markets. Familiarity with budgeting, financial analysis, and hospitality management software. Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities. Experience in resort or large-scale hotel environments is a plus. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
