This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, strong operational execution, and consistent adherence to brand and company standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly accountable, and experienced in managing team performance, guest relations, and front office procedures in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and hold front desk team members accountable for service standards, policies, and performance expectations Oversee all front office operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and guest communication Ensure all guests receive a professional, efficient, and welcoming experience from arrival to departure Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, escalating when necessary while maintaining service recovery standards Manage scheduling, labor control, and daily shift coverage to ensure operational efficiency Train, onboard, and develop team members to improve performance and maintain consistency across all shifts Ensure strict compliance with company policies, including ID verification, payment handling, and security procedures Monitor and respond to guest messaging platforms and online reviews in a timely manner Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure room readiness and seamless operations Review reports, audits, and daily metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results Maintain a strong presence at the front desk, leading by example during peak business periods Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of hotel front office or hospitality leadership experience required Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage performance and drive accountability Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) and guest service platforms preferred Strong attention to detail, organization, and operational follow-through Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed What We're Looking For A leader who is present, engaged, and responsive Someone who takes ownership of their team and the guest experience A professional who leads with urgency, consistency, and integrity A manager who doesn't just maintain standards—but actively improves them
