Front Desk & Guest Experience Manager Pay:
$22 - $30 per hour

This role sets the tone and is the heartbeat of our operations, managing the first impression for every client and ensuring our day-to-one workflow stays seamless. Why Join Us? Required:
Saturdays Off:
Fridays & Sundays Shift:
8-hour shifts
Responsibilities First Impressions:
Greet and assist clients and visitors with professional, high-energy service.
Social Media Outreach:
Instagram and Google Review outreach
Communication:
Manage phone systems, direct inquiries, and handle all digital/physical correspondence.
Organization:
Schedule appointments, maintain the office calendar, and keep the front desk area pristine.
Data Integrity:
Perform accurate data entry to keep client records up to date.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the team to support overall office management and efficient workflow.
Qualifications Experience:
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred (Dental or Medical office experience is a major plus!).
Skills:
Proficient in office procedures, phone systems, and basic office equipment.
Bilingual:
Spanish speaking skills are a significant advantage.
Attributes:
