Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Focus Service Hotel General Manager to lead our hotel operations with enthusiasm and strategic vision. Oversee guest services and relations, ensuring every guest receives personalized attention and memorable experiences. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team. Maintain high standards of customer service by establishing phone etiquette protocols, overseeing multi-line phone systems, and ensuring prompt responses to guest inquiries. Monitor budgeting processes, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial goals while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and brand standards; handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently. Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations during overnight shifts to guarantee smooth overnight service. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement in hospitality delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in hospitality management principles including revenue management, guest services, and hotel operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse staff members effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication across diverse populations. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, human resources management, and customer service excellence. Familiarity with front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and night audit procedures. Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone etiquette; ability to handle guest relations diplomatically.
