Job Description

Safeguards SGEC Assets. Schedule Front Desk Staff. Knows all Front Desk duties and procedures. Ensure Front Desk Staff knows how to perform all procedures and duties. Schedule and conduct monthly Front Desk Staff meetings. Address any issues with Front Desk Staff. Assist Front Desk Staff when needed. Check rates of people checking in and checking out. Check for Group Masters that need to be checked in or out. Respond to any customer complaints. Ensure Front Desk and Back Office areas are clean. Check room blocks when needed. Inventory Back Office and order supplies when needed. Other duties as assigned by management.
Uniforms:
Black pants, Black Shoes, and approved blouse or shirt Clean and Well groomed ID Badge & Gaming License No open toe shoes No jeans or t-shirt (must have the approved issued button up shirt) Ability to operate a computer keyboard; computer experienced preferred Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form Ability to handle and count cash Customer service experience Preference given to person with hotel experience Ability to complete a 90 day probationary period Ability to pass a mandatory drug screening High School diploma or equivalent. Two forms of ID, one of which must be a photo ID. Must pass a background investigation and be able to obtain a Sokaogon Gaming Commission Gaming License. Pass a Title 31 Compliance Review within 30 days of hire. This position is subject to the following conditions: obtain and maintain a valid Sokaogon Chippewa Gaming Commission license and pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings.
