We are on the hunt for a high-energy, organized, and absolutely stellar Front Desk Manager to take the reins of our Front Office operations. You will be the heartbeat of our lobby, the mastermind behind our day-to-day operations, and the ultimate champion of guest satisfaction. From overseeing the front desk and phone systems to crushing our budget targets, this is your chance to truly run the show! The Mission (Essential Functions & Tasks):
        • Build a
        Championship Team:
        You'll handle hiring, training, mentoring, and leading our Front Office superstars. You'll keep morale high with dynamic monthly staff meetings and tackle any personnel challenges like an absolute pro.
          Master of All Trades:
          You aren't afraid to jump into the trenches! You'll master and perform every role at the desk when needed—from Guest Services and Assistant Front Desk Manager to Night Audit and Bell-person.
            The Ultimate Problem Solver:
            You will gracefully handle guest feedback, turn challenges into wins, and shine in the spotlight as our designated Manager on Duty.
            • Rock the
            Revenue:
            Keep our financial gears turning by managing accounts receivable, handling travel agent commission reports, and overseeing daily cash drawers, deposits, and room sales.
              The Communication Hub:
              You'll build an unstoppable alliance with Housekeeping (Janice) and Maintenance (Leo) to keep the hotel pristine and running smoothly, while keeping our GM and AGM fully in the loop.
                Drive Success:
                Team up with our awesome sales crew to launch promotional strategies that keep our occupancy and revenue skyrocketing! What You Bring to the Desk (Requirements):
                  Proven Track Record:
                  Minimum of 1 year of hotel supervisory or front office management experience required.
                    Systems Savvy:
                    ChoiceAdvantage property management system (PMS) Experience is a huge plus!
                      A Sparkling First Impression:
                      A neat, well-groomed, professional appearance in uniform, paired with a vibrant, pleasant personality and killer people skills!
                      • An Eye for
                      Detail:
                      Laser-sharp focus, great communication skills, and the ability to execute flawless operations under limited supervision.
                        The Physical Stamina:
                        Ready for action! Requires finger dexterity, grasping, sitting, standing, walking, writing, bending, repetitive motion, and the ability to lift/carry up to 10 pounds regularly.
                          Compliance Champ:
