Job Description
Full‑Time | Join Our Leadership Team We're seeking a reliable, experienced, hands‑on Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping and laundry team and ensure our hotel remains clean, welcoming, and guest‑ready at all times. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and takes pride in maintaining high standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room attendants, laundry, and public area staff Train, coach, and support team members to meet hotel cleanliness and service standards Conduct room inspections to ensure quality and consistency Manage schedules, staffing levels, and daily task assignments Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to address guest needs and room status updates Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly Perform housekeeping duties when needed to support the team Qualifications Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate and develop a team Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs and stand/walk/bend for extended periods Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Professional, dependable, and guest‑focused Why Join Us Supportive management and team environment Opportunities for growth within the hotel Make a direct impact on guest satisfaction and hotel success
