Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and maintain high cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in both hospitality and housekeeping, with the ability to manage and oversee differents the on-site team. This role requires meeting client expectations, adhering to established protocols, and maintaining scheduled working hours. A mandatory commute to client properties is needed.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and common areas meet quality standards. Assign daily tasks, inspect completed work, and provide feedback to team members. Train and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain efficiency and performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. Address client's requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Perform housekeeping duties as needed to support the team during peak times. Maintain records of staff schedules, room statuses, and maintenance requests. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar role. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team. Strong communication skills to interact with staff and guests professionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Open availability and willingness to work weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation is required. Why Join Us?
