ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES MANAGER WESLEY PLACE ON HONEYSUCKLE 718
Honeysuckle Road, Dothan, AL 36305 OUR MISSION To enrich the lives of older adults and all those who serve them in faith-based communities, Where life is celebrated, relationships are valued, teamwork is embraced, service excellence is expected and the touch of God's love is ever-present and ageless.Responsibilities:
- Manage daily housekeeping and laundry operations
- Lead, train and motivate department staff
- Ensure cleanliness and infection control standards are maintained
- Schedule staff and monitor department performance
- Maintain supplies and department budgets
- Promote a positive, resident-centered environment
Qualification:
- Experience managing housekeeping and/or laundry services
- Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of infection control and safety practices
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and lead a team effectively
