Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment Address guest requests or complaints promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude Requirements Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry processes, and custodial practices Experience with hotel or hospitality housekeeping management is highly preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor and be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering outstanding service!
