What You'll Be Doing:
Lead with heart
  • Hire, train, and inspire your housekeeping crew to deliver top-notch cleanliness and guest comfort. Keep the standards sky-high
  • Ensure every room, hallway, and public area looks great and feels even better. Be the ultimate inspector
  • Double-check that every room meets brand standards and makes a great first impression. Manage supplies and inventory
  • Make sure we're stocked and ready—without overspending. Collaborate across departments
  • Coordinate with front desk, maintenance, and laundry to make the guest experience seamless. Get in on the action

Have 2+ years of housekeeping experience , with leadership or supervisory experience Are passionate about cleanliness, order, and making guests smile Love leading a team and building a positive, high-energy work environment Are dependable, organized, and can juggle multiple tasks with a calm attitude Are flexible with scheduling (including weekends and holidays—we're in hospitality, after all!) If not, no worries—we'll train motivated team players. You're flexible and ready to roll with a schedule that could include early mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends. You can understand labels, directions, and guest needs—basic English skills are important. Fast-paced environments? No problem—you stay calm and focused under pressure. You've got a sharp eye for detail and take pride in doing things right the first time. You're active and mobile—able to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods. Dependable, ethical, and ready to be part of something great. Friendly and helpful—you enjoy giving great service, even behind the scenes. Eager to learn, quick to adapt, and always ready to lend a hand. You work well with others but can also fly solo when needed! On-the-Job Vibes (Working Conditions) You'll be on your feet and moving—perfect if you like to stay active while you work. Able to lift up to 25 lbs.? Great! You'll be handling laundry bundles and linens throughout the day. Expect repetitive arm and hand movements as you fold, load, and sort (we like to think of it as a light workout). Occasionally, you'll lift, push, or pull moderate-weight loads—teamwork makes it easier! The laundry room can be warm and busy, but your positive attitude will keep it cool.
