Role:

As our Housekeeping Supervisor , you'll be the heartbeat of cleanliness and comfort. You'll lead by example, support your team, and ensure every guest walks into a room that feels like a breath of fresh air. From checklists to check-ins, your leadership will make a difference in both guest satisfaction and team morale.

What You'll Do:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and presentation standards. Assign tasks to room attendants and inspect completed work to maintain quality control. Train, support, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure consistent performance and teamwork. Respond promptly to guest requests and work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams. Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment. Help create and maintain a positive, productive, and respectful work environment. Monitor compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must be detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and service excellence. Ability to move about the property frequently (walking, standing, bending). Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and variable shifts. Basic English proficiency required (verbal and written).

Required Skills and Experience:

At least 1 years of experience in housekeeping/laundry and previous experience of managing a department and or related experience Prior successful performance as a Housekeeper A high school certificate or equivalent Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Committed to delivering high levels of customer service Ability to work under pressure Excellent grooming standards Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations Entry level , with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office Strong organizational, budget management, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
