We are seeking a hands-on, service-driven Housekeeping Manage r to lead daily operations and help maintain the high standards expected at one of the Gulf Coast's most iconic hotels. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and takes pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Lead daily housekeeping operations across guestrooms, public spaces, laundry, and related areas to ensure exceptional cleanliness and service standards Inspect guestrooms and public areas regularly, ensuring readiness for guests, VIP arrivals, and special events Supervise staffing levels, coach associates, and foster a positive, guest-focused team culture built on accountability and service excellence Partner closely with Front Office, Sales, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding guest experience Support operational and financial goals through effective scheduling, supply management, process improvements, and attention to departmental performance 1-2 years of leadership experience in Housekeeping or Front Office operations within a hotel environment Flexible, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and is willing to support operational needs as business demands shift Marriott experience, PMS knowledge, and experience in both Housekeeping and Front Office operations strongly preferred As part of the award-winning portfolio, we offer more than a job — we offer opportunities to grow your hospitality career within a culture focused on excellence and "Hospitality with Heart & Soul."
