Job Description
A Housekeeping Executive is responsible for supervising cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards in hotels. They manage housekeeping staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning operations Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies Prepare staff duty rosters and schedules Train housekeeping attendants and new employees Coordinate with maintenance and front office departments Handle guest complaints and special requests Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Maintain housekeeping records and reports Skills Required Leadership and team management Good communication skills Time management Attention to detail Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards Problem-solving ability Customer service skills Qualification Experience in housekeeping or hospitality required. Knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage
