Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team with energy and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your leadership will ensure that our standards for hospitality excellence are consistently met or exceeded, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse team, implement efficient cleaning protocols, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across all hotel areas, ensuring timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public spaces Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures aligned with hotel policies and industry best practices Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and custodial equipment to optimize resources Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and brand quality expectations Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training programs to foster a motivated and efficient team Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event preparations as needed Qualifications Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry operations, and janitorial best practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction Knowledge of safety protocols related to chemical handling and equipment operation Join us as an Executive Housekeeper to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort.
