$18.00 then after 90 days $19.00 Apply in person Employment type: full-time Job title: Housekeeping Supervisor Assistant Position involves leading a team to maintain cleanliness in hotels rooms and facilities, focusing on organizing the staff for their daily tasks, training, inventory management, quality inspections, and guest satisfaction while ensuring safety compliance, with duties often including hands-on cleaning and coordinating with other departments. Key requirements are strong leadership, attention to detail, and experience in housekeeping operations, with potential for advancement to roles like Executive Housekeeper. Housekeeping supervisor assistant also coordinates the special projects and preventative maintenance for the maintenance staff which include coordinating their daily tasks and entering and closing out tickets as needed. The housekeeping supervisor assistant works 3-4 days a week 10 hour shifts, if you supervisor 3 days then the 4th day would be working in rooms 8 hours then if you wanted to stay the 2 extra hours you would work on projects or laundry. For the most part the days are set but, we do need the supervisor assistant to be flexible and available to move the days around as needed. The days of supervising would be but not limited to Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Sunday would either be another supervising day or a day that you are cleaning rooms. We do require 2 years hotel experience and will need references. Hours for housekeepers, the Supervisor starts 1 hour earlier then the housekeeping department and will be here last: Monday -Friday 730am-530pm. Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm Weekends and Holidays 930am-6pm. On Major Holidays for the most part we get out early. Please apply and inquiry in person: Springhill Suites Phoenix Glendale/Peoria 7810 W.
