Job Description

Position Summary The Housekeeping Inspector & Property Stocking Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all vacation rental properties meet company cleanliness, presentation, and inventory standards prior to guest arrivals. This position conducts detailed property inspections, restocks supplies, reports maintenance concerns, and works closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Property Inspections Conduct detailed inspections of vacation rental properties following housekeeping completion. Verify all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, outdoor spaces, and amenities meet company cleanliness standards. Ensure beds are properly made, linens are clean, and staging is consistent with company standards. Identify and document any cleaning deficiencies and coordinate corrective action. Verify guest-ready condition prior to arrival. Property Stocking & Inventory Restock guest consumables including toiletries, paper products, coffee supplies, laundry supplies, and other required amenities. Monitor inventory levels at each property and notify management of replenishment needs. Maintain organized storage areas and inventory stockrooms. Assist with company inventory counts and supply management. Property Readiness Ensure all guest-facing items are functioning and properly presented. Check televisions, remotes, Wi-Fi information, thermostats, pool equipment, and smart home devices. Verify outdoor furniture, grills, pools, spas, and recreational amenities are guest-ready. Report maintenance concerns, damages, missing items, or safety hazards immediately. Documentation & Communication Complete inspection reports using company software and mobile applications. Upload photos documenting property condition and any issues discovered. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams. Follow company procedures and inspection checklists consistently. Additional Duties Assist with property setup for new listings. Support special projects, deep cleans, and seasonal property preparations. Assist with guest requests when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or vacation rental experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and property management software. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently carry supplies between properties. Ability to walk, bend, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods. Schedule Full-time position. Must be available weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods. Flexible schedule based on occupancy and operational needs. Success Measures Properties consistently pass inspection standards. Guest cleanliness complaints remain minimal. Inventory shortages are proactively prevented. Inspection reports are completed accurately and on time. Properties are fully guest-ready before arrival.
Pay:
$24.85 - $29.92 per hour
