The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel or industrial cleaning, with a strong background in housekeeping management. This role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures that align with industry best practices. Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Coordinate floor care maintenance, including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and other specialized cleaning tasks.
