In this vital role, you will oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your leadership will inspire a team of housekeeping staff to deliver top-tier service while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management expertise within a vibrant hospitality environment committed to excellence. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all hotel areas, including guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards and deliver outstanding service Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control procedures to ensure consistent excellence Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; ensure proper usage and stock levels are maintained Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and public areas to verify compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations Oversee laundry operations for guest linens, towels, uniforms, and other textiles to ensure timely processing and quality control Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction Requirements Proven supervising experience in hospitality or janitorial services with a focus on housekeeping management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, and custodial practices Experience in hotel housekeeping operations or similar hospitality settings is highly preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination and guest interactions Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment use, and sanitation standards Join us as an Executive Housekeeper where your leadership transforms spaces into pristine environments that delight our guests!
