In this vital role, you will oversee the quality of housekeeping services, conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, and ensure compliance with brand standards and health regulations. Duties Conduct comprehensive inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to verify cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation Identify areas needing improvement and communicate detailed feedback to housekeeping staff for prompt resolution Ensure adherence to cleaning protocols, floor care procedures, and sanitation standards across all spaces Monitor janitorial activities including industrial cleaning tasks, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks Assist in training new housekeeping team members on inspection procedures and quality standards Maintain detailed records of inspections, deficiencies, and corrective actions taken Collaborate with management to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for housekeeping operations Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a focus on quality control and inspection Strong background in cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning processes Prior experience managing or supervising housekeeping teams is preferred Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and health regulations is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to perform detailed inspections with keen attention to detail and safety protocols Excellent communication skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate effectively with team members Join us in elevating guest experiences through meticulous attention to cleanliness and safety!
